Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary

Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, (Aboriginal meaning “Native Companion”) was established in 1981 as a sanctuary for injured and orphaned wildlife. The animals are released to the wild when they are old enough and nursed back to health. We visited the park and saw a baby wombat, a cockatu, Tawny Frogmouth birds, kangaroos, and a Tasmanian Devil.
